Spur Donuts started with a simple idea: what if a donut could actually taste like a donut? Not the dense, shelf-stable kind you find at gas stations, but something light, airy, and made with the kind of care that only comes from doing it by hand.

We opened our doors right here on W Hill St with a fryer, a mixer, and a stubborn refusal to cut corners. Every batch is mixed fresh. Every glaze is made from scratch. Every donut is treated like it's going on someone's special morning.

Twenty years later, we're still mixing by hand, still pulling donuts out of the fryer before 7 AM, and still getting compliments from folks who drive through just to grab a box on their way out of town. That's the Spur way.
